Clean Beauty is on everyone’s lips. But what does that mean exactly? KLAPP Skin Care Science stands for “pure cosmetics”, i.e. cosmetics that do not contain any critically questioned ingredients. It also contains up to 98% of natural ingredients.

Do I have to create a customer account in order to be able to order in the KLAPP skin care online shop?
A customer account is not required to place an order in the KLAPP skin care online shop.

I forgot my password, how can I log in now?
In the login area you can request a new password under ” Forgot your password” . Simply follow

How long are the delivery times and how much does delivery cost?
We ship our packages with USPS, UPS. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 working days after
receipt of order. Delivery costs $4.99 order $50 up shipping free.
What payment methods are available to me?
You can pay for your orders by credit card, paypal. For more detailed information about the
payment options offered, please visit the Payment Methods page .
How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. You can use
the link contained there to track the status of your order at any time.
How can I change or cancel an order?
Since we usually guarantee quick processing and compilation of your order after receipt of the
order, orders can usually no longer be canceled after receipt.

How can I return my order?
After each order you have a 10-day right of cancellation. Please ensure that the item you are
returning is unopened and in any original packaging and the retail seal is not broken.
How do I get my money back for returned orders?
As soon as we have received your return, it will be registered in our system. The refund will then
be made using your chosen payment method. This can take up to 3-5 days show on your account.

Orders of 39€ or more are free of charge.
