Returns Policy and Procedure

We wish to ensure your complete satisfaction while shopping on klappskincareusa.com and we will gladly accept your return purchased on klappskincareusa.com within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you choose to return an item(s) from your klappskincareusa.com order, we ask that you cover the return shipping charges. We are unable to accept CODs (Cash on Delivery) for returned merchandise.

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately for assistance by email.

Refunds are made to the original form of payment.

Return Procedure

By email.  Please write your order ID, the product name, the quantity, and the reason for each product returned.

• Carefully pack your return in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• If a Gift Set is being returned, all products in the Set must be returned.
• If your order contained a gift with purchase, all products composing the gift with purchase must be returned along with the items you wish to return.
